Meet Chef Justine Ma, a NYC professional chef based in Hawaii, renowned for her expertise in handmade dumplings and her distinction as the sole chef offering farm-to-table dim sum in Hawaii.
With a culinary journey that began with mentoring under the executive chef of Turne Ristorante in Northern Italy, Chef Justine later earned her culinary degree from the prestigious Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside esteemed chefs at the James Beard Foundation, curated events for renowned brands, and collaborated as the Food Editor for NY Yoga Life Magazine. Notably, she has served as sous chef for Carla Hall, Elizabeth Falkner, Michel Nischan, and cooked alongside culinary icons such as Marcus Samuelsson and Mario Batali.
In 2021, Chef Justine fulfilled her vision by establishing Farm to Table Hawaii, a culinary haven that encompasses farm stays, cooking classes, yoga, workshops, and gourmet meals. Showcasing herpassion for sustainable practices, she cultivates ingredients on her own property and sources locally from farmers markets, butchers, fishermen, and hunters.
