Chef Justine’s impressive culinary journey has seen her work alongside culinary legends at the James Beard Foundation, curate unforgettable events for esteemed brands, and even serve as the Food Editor for NY Yoga Life Magazine. Her expertise spans a diverse range of high-profile collaborations, including working as a sous chef for renowned chefs like Carla Hall, Elizabeth Falkner, Michel Nischan, Marcus Samuelsson and more.

 

Chef Justine is founder of Farm to Table Hawaii, a culinary sanctuary that offers farm stays, cooking classes, yoga, workshops, and gourmet meals. Her passion for sustainable cooking is evident in every aspect of her work, from cultivating her own ingredients on her property to sourcing locally from farmers markets, butchers, fishermen, and hunters.

 

Inspired by Chef Justine’s CHOPPED, FOOD NETWORK episode, this exclusive class on the farm in Kea'au or in your home is the perfect opportunity to learn directly from a chef with a wealth of experience in professional kitchens, sustainable practices, and her own Farm to Table business. Guests will gain hands-on knowledge of making dumplings from start to finish, with Chef Justine guiding them through the techniques and ingredients that make these dishes extraordinary.

SPEAKING EVENTS/DEMOS

 

For all speaking/fundraiser events that includes a demo/tasting, Chef Justine's presentation fee is $5,000-10,000 plus all ingredients, transportation and accommodation. This can be a semi-hands on demo in-person for 20-40 Persons Max, or a hands-on experience with an audience up to 350 with a bite size tasting.If it's solely a speaking event, her fee is $2,500 for up to 1hr or virtual without a tasting.
