Chef Justine Ma is the founder of Farm to Table Hawaii, a culinary sanctuary that offers farm stays, cooking classes, yoga, workshops, and gourmet meals. Her passion for sustainable cooking is evident in every aspect of her work, from cultivating her own ingredients on her property to sourcing locally from farmers markets, butchers, fishermen, and hunters. 

 

Book a private class for yourself or a small group on the farm, in the comfort of your home, or rental property. Perfect for VIP experiences, retreats, celebrations, team-building, or a culinary escape.

  • Keto/GF Dumpling Class (AS SEEN ON TV)

    • We're making gluten free, keto dumplings and local fillings. Perfect for health conscious dumpling lovers, kitchen is not for celiac. ​

​​

  • Handmade Pasta & Sauce 

    • Create a pair a fresh, homemade seasonal sauce using farm-fresh ingredients, then roll out silky "00" pasta from scratch. 1.5hr

​

  • Dumpling Pleating Class 

    • Want to see Chef Justine demo an artisan dumpling, make your own farm to table fillings, enjoy scallion pancakes, and learn how to pleat dumplings like a pro with locally made wrappers? 1.5hr​

​

  • Handmade Wonton Soup

    • Learn how to make pork and shrimp wontons from scratch with our family recipe paired with a 24hour homemade stock, fresh veggies. Each participant will pleat 15 wontons by hand. 2hrs.

  • Rainbow Dumplings (AS SEEN ON TV)

    • Make vibrant beef/pork/chicken dumplings with naturally colored dough made of fruits and vegetables. Creative, fun, and totally Instagram-worthy. Each participant will make 10 dumplings and will make their own scallion pancake too! 2hrs.​

  • Shrimp Dumplings (ADVANCED CLASS, PRE-REQUISITE NEEDED)

    • Learn how to make "hargow" with the crystal dumpling dough from scratch. Must take a dumpling class with Chef Justine Ma or have prior dumpling experience to book this class. It requires the ability to pleat fast otherwise the dough will fall apart and crumble. 1.5hrs​​​​​

 

As seen on Chef Justine’s Chopped, Food Network episode and her appearances on America's Test Kitchen Next Generation Season 2, these artisan dumplings classes are available on the farm in Kea'au or in your home, offering the perfect opportunity to learn directly from a chef with a wealth of experience in professional kitchens, sustainable practices, and her own Farm to Table business. Guests will gain hands-on knowledge of making dumplings or noodles from start to finish as Chef Justine guides them through the techniques and ingredients that make these dishes extraordinary.

SPEAKING EVENTS/DEMOS

 

For all speaking/fundraiser events that includes a demo/tasting, Chef Justine's presentation fee is $5,000-10,000 plus all ingredients, transportation and accommodation. This can be a semi-hands on demo in-person for 20-40 Persons Max, or a hands-on experience with an audience up to 350 with a bite size tasting.If it's solely a speaking event, her fee is $2,500 for up to 1hr or virtual without a tasting.
