These original, one of a kind, dumplings and wontons combine the best of both worlds: they’re made with fresh ingredients from our one-acre farm, embodying our commitment to sustainability and farm-to-table quality. Enjoy these as a snack or meal that’s not only delicious but also supports our mission of conscious consumption and waste reduction. Each dumpling and wonton is made fresh, then immediately frozen to preserve its quality and flavor.

Preparation is Simple:

  • Air Fry: Preheat to 375°F and air fry for 8 minutes for a crispy, light texture.

  • Fry: Boil macnut oil or avocado oil, then fry for 5 minutes for a rich, golden crunch. Let them rest for 2 minutes before enjoying.

  • Pan-fry, Steam: Heat oil in a non-stick pan (make sure you have a matching lid to the pan and 8oz of water ready), place dumplings in the pan in a circular pattern on medium high. Heat for 2 mins or until bottoms are golden brown. Add water to pan, then immediately cover (it will sizzle and create steam- if you are nervous, lower the flame, add water, cover pan, then bring the flam back to medium high). DO NOT TOUCH OR MOVE DUMPLINGS for 5mins! Remove cover from pan to see if water has evaporated and the skin is cooked; if not cook for an additional 2 minutes (you have put too much water in the pan). Take off lid, let any remaining water droplets evaporate, then plate and enjoy with soy sauce and/or chili oil!

  • Boil or Steam: Add these to a pot of boiling hot water, cook for 3 minutes and serve with your favorite stock; or you could steam them for 5mins without adding any oil for a healthier option.

Why You’ll Love Them:

  • Convenient: Quick and easy to prepare, perfect for any time of day.

  • Quality: Farm-fresh ingredients combined with zero-waste practices for a deliciously responsible treat.

Support our mission of conscious consumption and enjoy a handmade piece of art that makes a difference!
