Chef Justine offers private chef experiences and kitchen concierge services featuring locally grown ingredients in private residences, venues, or on her one acre farm on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Kitchen Concierge for VIPS & Celebrities
By working with Chef Justine, you'll receive the VIP treatment with bespoke services including a farm to table welcome spread in your hotel, home or rental. Homemade meals stocked in your fridge or freezer with easy heating instructions, and/or private chef services with the option to request cooking lessons.
Intimate Celebrations & Gatherings for up to 100 Guests
Experience the magic of a full service team of kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, bakers, florists, pit masters, and day of coordinators to create a special event. We specialize in setting up your very own private farmers market on-site allowing your guests to go up to each table and order directly from the vendor.

For cooking classes, Chef Justine offers hands-on or virtual cooking experiences for guests of all ages. Cooking demonstrations, master classes, speaking engagements and Q&A's for a company program, corporate event, and university demos are also available.

​Experiences are customized to each client. We'll take care of sourcing the best local ingredients and creating a memorable event for you and your loved ones. Full day services are available for multiple meals throughout the day, or meal preps for the week. For larger parties, retreat services are available upon request.

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR DATE
Once you confirm your event date/time with our team and submit your deposit, we will ask you to send us details about your location and food preferences to prepare for your 1:1 zoom call with Chef Justine Ma.
During the zoom call, Chef Justine will review your bespoke menu based on seasonal availability and dietary needs. Please inform her of any food allergies or dietary needs for any and all guests- all menus can be customized if given a minimum of 2 weeks notice. She will also discuss the layout of your kitchen, and whether or not she will need to do a site visit to determine what is needed for the kitchen for the style of service you'd like.​

On the day of your event, the chef team will arrive on-site 2-3 hours prior to the requested start time, and a majority of the food will be prepared off-site in a commercial kitchen. Service will start and end promptly at the designated times. Following the meal, our team will clean up the kitchen and leave any remaining food for guests to enjoy throughout the night. Transportation fees may apply outside of the Keaau- Hilo area. Tax and gratuities will be added to the final invoice.
